  • Greg and Doug R have graciously agreed to act as financial committee volunteers.  We thank them both for their service.
  • There is one (possibly two) current openings.  The current opening is for a group secretary.
  •  Depending on the outcome of the special meeting, there may also be another opening for a third financial officer.

TREASURER’s REPORT

  • Venmo:  This account has been shut down following a hacking attempt.  The groups did not lose any money re this incident.
  • Please continue to donate in person or by sending a check to the address on the website.

PICNIC:
  • We have scheduled  a pot luck picnic to occur on 9/9/23, 10 am- 3 pm.  A quarterly meeting will start at 10:00 am.  The location is Thomas Lake Park, Eagan.  The committee will be providing sloppy joes.

SPRING CLEANING
  • This activity will occur on 4/16/23, starting at  1:00 pm.  Pizza will be supplied.

DOOR LOCK
  • The landlord has been notified of this issue on several occasions. We are not very optimistic that a prompt fix will occur.
  • If you do not know how to make the lock stay open, please call Doig H.  Please do not use a brick to prop open the door as this can cause the door frame to warp.

More about A.A.: Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help other to recover from alcoholism. The only requirement for AA membership is a desire to stop drinking. There are no dues or fees for AA membership; we are self supporting through our own contributions. AA is not allied with any sect, denomination or politics, organization or institution; does not wish to engage in any controversy, neither endorses nor opposes any causes. Our primary purpose is to stay sober and to help other alcoholics achieve sobriety.

COVID-19 SUGGESTIONS We suggest that our members do not hold hands during the closing prayer, maintain adequate spacing regarding where you sit in a meeting (folding chairs are in the back of the room) and consider washing hands before and after the meeting (bathrooms are down the hall, near the main entrance on floor two). In addition, we have supplied a bottle of antiseptic near the coffee machine and propose that we continue to wipe down the door knob and other surfaces before and after meetings. If you feel ill, we suggest that you consider attending online meetings in order to reduce the
